Chip Timmons - Readers of this blog know Honor Scholarship Weekend begins tomorrow. Before we dive into Honor Scholarship activities, I thought you'd like to read about another scholarship competition taking place this week, the Fine Arts Fellowship competition.

This year, our Fine Arts Fellowship competition took place on the eve of Honor Scholarship Weekend and brought some very talented young men to campus.

 

Today's program included a luncheon featuring former Fellowship winner Evan West '99, interviews, auditions, and opportunities to attend a class.  We capped off the evening with a showcase featuring the talents of all the finalists.  Check photos from the day's events.

Check back tomorrow for updates on Honor Scholarship Weekend.  We're expecting over 350 students and the entire campus is buzzing.  The good news is the weather forecast doesn't call for rain.  You'll still need a coat tomorrow, but at least it will be sunny.
