Tour the new Fiji house

Chip Timmons - A few days ago, the Admissions staff was given a guided tour of the new Phi Gamma Delta or "Fiji" house.

The day of our tour coincided with the day the College was given occupancy for the structure which is another way of saying it's okay to move in. The architect who designed the house is Jim Riddle '90. Jim's a Fiji and owns his own design firm is St. Louis, MO.

I snapped photos throughout the tour, so you'll get to see the space before it is filled. Also, I took photos of clean kitchens and bathrooms to remind students of how the space should look after they clean.

Furniture is ordered and landscaping work is underway.  The former house will soon be occupied by members of Phi Kappa Psi while their house is renovated this summer.  Should be a busy month on this side of campus.
