Lilly Weekend - Day 1

Chip Timmons  - We're approaching the end of Day 1 on the Lilly interviews. Today's interviews remind me a lot of the oral comprehensive exams.  There are a few more people in the room and stakes are different (notice I didn't say higher/lower), but it's a similar exercise in many ways although I've only participated in comps.

In the case of the Lilly finalists, reflect of your application and your high school body of work.  Talk about how you plan to apply and synthesize the knowledge you've acquired over the past four years.  Swap out the words "high school with "Wabash" and it's pretty close. Perhaps I'm making a leap, but it's has to be good practice for future Wabash men. The photo album will give you a little taste of what the finalist will experience.

The last interview begins at 5 PM and then we're off to Indianapolis for dinner at Buca di Beppo.  If you love italian food and garlic, it's your kind of place.
