Just back from the Memorial Service for Johnny Smith '12. Sphinx Club president and Delt fraternity member Travis Janeway,and his Delt brothers, did a good job.

Of course, there aren't any words that take the pain away. I know. In my chosen profession, I attended more than enough for a couple of lifetimes. Of course at a college it's not supposed to happen. When you're young, everyone lives forever....only old people die.

We'll get through this...we will. And, to cut the odds of it ever happening again at this college, we'll also need to relearn a life lesson or two along the way.
