Community Fair was Great Fun
Hello, its Andre again with more information about my Wabash experience. So far classes have been alright. The reading has been a source for concern just because of the volume but I can handle it. The Allen Center was the place to be on Tuesday. The Wabash Community
Fair was organized and from my perspective was a lot of fun. I do not know if the plan was to load up freshman with as much free stuff as possible but whatever it was it sure worked. (Here is a picture of my friend Brian David struggling to keep all his stuff from collapsing out of his hands.) Even Tuesday evening was an interesting time to be at Wabash because many of the clubs had call out meetings for students interested. I went to the Student Senate meeting, and saw how real issues get resolved or at least organized on campus. I honestly can not wait to become more involved because this particular organization is something I am interested in.
So far as fraternity life goes I have met my pledge father and pledgeship has officially started. I as much so do not mind the house chores or the mandatory four hour study tables it is just during high school I have been more of an independent worker and did not like working in big groups. I find the hardest challenge I will face is working with all of my pledge brothers.
