The start of another week

My body is very sore. What I thought would be fun has turned into a pure work out. The new coach Clyde Morgan gave me and a few other guys who are interested in indoor running track. This workout guide is to get us  ready for the next season. This guide has me working out every Monday thru Wednesday.  I also have another reason to complain and that is from Chapel Sing practice. My voice is getting use to the constant abuse of singing at the top of my lungs for half an hour. Although still my voice does hurt after every practice.

Monday was an alright day from what I remember. The start of a new week is always rough but this week was somewhat different because now I was able to sample the taste of structure I like so much. Getting into the grove of my classes is now getting easy. The only trouble I see is with getting work done and time management. The lessons my teachers taught me in high school are now paying off because I know how to manage getting my work done. The only problem here is that there is a lot more work college than in high school (mostly in the form of reading and memorizing)

Tuesday was a day in which nothing was to uneventful. During study tables I did get some well needed entertainment from two of my pledge brothers (Mark DePrez and John Holm). For the fact that I finished very little work during study tables, I stayed but working on a paper for my freshman tutorial on a Supreme Court till 2 AM.

Wednesday was a great day until night fall. I got my score back from the parliamentary debate. I did okay but I was especially happy with my score as a speaker which was not so bad at all. That evening was the Beta Theta Pi Lore. This is the time when I am quizzed on all things Beta. The only trouble with this is taking four and a half classes then trying to study for Lore is very difficult.

I can not wait to have sometime to relax and just chill. I have begun to think about the weekend a lot lately. What is cool about this weekend is Beta Theta Pi is hosting the TGIF party and pledges work security, also the first home game of the season. Sounds like a fun weekend!
