The final stretch for fall break!

In anticipation for fall break I have been trying my hardest to get all of my work done. On Monday I went to the lunch and evening lecture by Ari Shapiro(from NPR) with my freshman tutorial class in mind. He talked a little on National Security and the media. He also talked a little about the Hamdan vs. Rumsfeld case, which I have a seven page paper due on after fall break. Tuesday was a very cool day with nothing exciting except the thought of fall break! That afternoon was the cross country IM race. Congratulations to Chase Haltom from the Beta house for coming in sixth. I had track practice which is why I did not run the race, but would have done well otherwise. Wednesday has been a really off day for me so far. I woke up later than expected, my sandal broke on the way to my German Tutorial, and I have not started packing for the rest of the week. The next time I blog will be all about my experience outside of Wabash on vacation! P.S Thanks mom for the care package!
