This week has been awesome, but as usual I am looking forward to the weekend. Unfortunately the end of my week was not so fun. On Wednesday I had to read over fifty pages for my English class. On Thursday I had to sit through another usually interesting Chapel Talk. This week talked about how Darwinism is Dead. Although interesting in topic, I found the detail of the speech seemed to go over my head leaving me to wonder what this Chapel Talk is really about. Friday is always the day that makes me happy because the freedom from non-scheduled classes appealing. This weekend I can already see is going to be stressful. I not only have several tests to study for in my classes next week, I also have over seventy pages to read for different classes and I am required to participate in a mix of different fraternity activities like the cleaning of house. This weekend several activities like going to the football and having a fraternity semi-formal part will take up my time. Something I do not get is the humor on campus. In every bathroom on campus, there is something called the Urinal Review which is a weekly newsletter posted up by the career center. In this review above every toilet is a little cartoon that is supposed to be funny but rarely is to me because maybe my sense is a bit dry or maybe I can not take a joke. Can someone please explain the humor in these jokes to me?
