End of a busy week & Indiana University

The rest of my week has been alright. On Thursday I had class as usual. After class I continued work on the Beta Tau chapter website. I am almost done with the website; I’m just waiting for some of the brothers to email me their information for the current brothers section of the website. Check out the website any time at www.wabashbeta.com. Later that Thursday afternoon I starred in a video that is about the Wabash College Honor Scholar weekend. Because of the fact that I am a Rhode Islander I was a prime candidate to talk about my experience during Honor Scholar weekend and how I got to know Wabash. The perspective students will watch the video on the up-in-coming Honor Scholar weekend. That night I studied with my pledge-brothers at the library. While they studied Spanish I worked on German, so it was like a small language study group. After studying I had a Community Service Committee meeting. On Friday I had my first dean’s excuse of the year. Since the bus for the Indiana University track meet left around 2pm I would have had to miss my German and part of my music class. Going down to Bloomington, Indiana it was my first at Indiana University, and hopefully not my last. Although the only thing I saw the football stadium (which was under construction) and the indoor track facility, hopefully one day I will get to see more. As a track team we did not do badly at all being the only Division III School there. That night, after eating at McDonalds we headed on home to Wabash.  Before I forget the football team is having a Spaghetti Dinner in the Allen Center on February the 18th to raise money for a mission trip to Botswana, Africa (come out and support!).
