Guess who is back! I had an amazing summer in Indiana. As an admissions office intern, I gave tours, wrote letters, made phone calls, and even went to college fairs. In addition to living in College Hall for the entire summer I got to travel all over the mid-west. I’ve been everywhere from Indianapolis quite a few times, Bowling Green, Ohio, New Paris, Indiana, Louisville and Mammoth Cave, Kentucky, the Warren Dunes in Michigan, Champaign/Urbana,  Illinois, Bloomington, Indiana, and even off to Chicago three times.  Working in the admissions was very fulfilling because I was able to interact with different types of students, international and domestic alike. Although I spend most of my summer here at Wabash, I did leave on August 13 to spend a few days at home. At home I went to the beach, visited friends, and family and even got to go to a Red Sox game at Fenway. Unfortunately for my family I had to head back to school to on August 25 to start a new chapter in my life as a sophomore here at Wabash. I think the most interesting part about me coming back is my 20th birthday is on August 26, so it will be interesting to see all my old friends and meet the new…freshman.
