I Think I Might Be Turning Into a Cville Native...
Thinking about this time last year I didn’t realize how bright it gets when we move forward one hour. For the one obvious reason, on Monday morning at 7:45 the sun was up bright and shining which was the complete opposite last week. This week I experience an overload of work that had been pushed back till Wednesday. Although I was happy some of
my work was pushed back I was upset that Wednesday was going to be one crazy day. On Wednesday I had two tests and one paper due, along with all the reading and work. Thankfully I worked though all of my school work like a real Wabash man does and even had time to attend all of my regularly scheduled club meetings and track practices. Looking back at where I was last year I had already ordered my plane ticket home to RI. Come to think of it, it hasn’t even crossed my mind on when and how am I going to get home for the holidays. I like to attribute this to me coming into my own here at Wabash and even in Crawfordsville. I have met so many people and learned a lot, but as the famous quote goes “there is no place like home”. I am pretty sure I need t put finding out what my plans are for Thanksgiving are, on my agenda as well. My plan for the rest of the week is to work ahead so that my weekend is clear and relax central!
P.S
Do not forget prospective students, this Friday is Top 10 Day here at Wabash! For more information check out the future student section on the home page!
