So, this Saturday is my first performance with the Jazz Band. I'm not too worried; it feels like it will be a very low key performance. Its family day, and all the families are welcome to the show. I believe there are three other acts performing as well. 

This semester, I really dont feel like I have time to practice the piano or saxophone. I really haven't been giving my music the attention that it needs, but I honestly dont feel that there is enough time in the day. If something has to go right now, it might as well be the music. Even though I haven't practiced as frequently as I would have liked, I still managed to learn all the songs for Jazz Band. I'll be taking a break from my studies tonight to practice the songs for Saturday.

Like they say, a little extra practice never hurt anyone.
