Halloween Weekend

This year, my Halloween wasn't spent in costume. I didn't go to a fraternity party or go trick-or-treating. I spent my Halloween at a wedding. A classmate of mine, James Brazill, got married yesterday. He asked me if I would attend and play the piano during cocktail hour. Of course I agreed. I've been practicing all week. I needed to warm up some songs I havent played for a while. I performed several classical tunes I learned years ago. It was really to perform again. Honestly, I miss the piano program from high school. I spent hours practicing and performing, but it was all worth it in the end. At the end of the day, I guess I'm a musician at heart. I love music, and I love to listen to others perform even more. I love to sit behind the piano and play until I'm sleepy. I miss that about high school.
