A Great Team Victory
This past weekend was a great win for our team. We had most of our guys swimming in their “competitive” events in order to prepare them and get them use to what they will be competing in during our big meets this season. We had many great performances and the results proved that our guys for the most part are in great shape compared to last season. Times never lie! Even though I have heard many of our guys complain that they are getting worked a lot harder than last season, they are still performing well which is a great sign for a coach.
Our main focus now is on Wittenberg this weekend. We have already seen Wittenberg once at our first relay meet and fell behind them by only a couple points. Being the first meet of the season and not a typical meet format, our guys know that anything can happen this Friday and that they need to come prepared and fired up! Wittenberg has a great team and since we will be traveling to their facility and pool, they already have a slight edge on us. Also, this weekend is another tri-meet featuring Transylvania as well which could affect how some of the points fall. Bottom line is that this weekend will prove to be the first true test of what our team is made of and I am excited and eager for this day to come! GO WABASH!

Nice Swim Mete Wabash. Sorry to see you didn't beat Wittenburg. You had a great finish. Just a shame your start wasn't as good, but next week will be another story. Go Wabash !!!!! You have a great Assistant Coach. I am bias as he is my Grandson.
