The 'W'....It's Not Free

The game cap of a Wabash Varsity Baseball player is very unique.   Not only does it identify a Wabash Man to opponents, but it also serves to showcase our accomplishments. Game caps are awarded at the end of each Winter practice phase to denote milestones for deeds accomplished based upon specific criteria. A Wabash Baseball player takes pride in the price he has paid to wear the red and white and the coveted W.

Eight Wabash Baseball players passed each and every one of their winter tests this year.  Such an accomplishment, is a testament to the hard work and dedication these men put forth during the off-season.  The t-shirt they earned has only been awarded to a select few since players began earning hats over the past three seasons.  Congratulations to the following eight Wabash Men.

Jake Thomas - Senior (Evanston, IL - Evanston Twp.)
Matt Dodaro - Senior (St. John, IN - Lake Central)
Nathan Schrader - Junior (Lafayette, IN - Central Catholic)
Joe Johnson - Sophomore (Crown Point, IN - Boone Grove)
